Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) - Student Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in joining the Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) at UNL. Founded at UNL on December 4, 2003. MGC represents both fraternities (men's) and sororities (women's) organizations. We currently have 8 active chapters in our community made up of 3 fraternities and 5 sororities.

Please complete this form to express interest in joining an organization during the 2024-2025 school year. Your application will be shared with MGC Representatives. Each of these organizations hold their own recruitment events throughout the year and interested members are encouraged to attend them. 

Transfer and current UNL students with an established GPA must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher to participate in recruitment. 

This application is not distributed to IFC, PHA, or NPHC Fraternities and Sororities. If you are interested in one of these councils, please refer to the 
Fraternity & Sorority Life website.
The Multicultural Greek Council was founded at UNL on December 4, 2003. MGC represents both fraternities (men's) and sororities (women's) organizations. Currently, the Multicultural Greek Council is home to 8 Latinx, Asian, and Multicultural interest groups.

MGC is currently open to expansion and one interest group exists, looking to bring a new Greek organization into our council. 
 
Beside each organization, you will see the organization's cultural origin; however, each chapter is open to anyone regardless of identity.
