Roundtable Connection: Gain information about voting rights

Huskers are invited to attend and participate in a roundtable connection with special guests from the League of Women Voters in Lincoln on March 27th from 5pm to 6pm in the Nebraska Union Room 200 (Green Room). 

During the session Huskers will learn about the women's suffrage movement, review current election and voting laws and gain more information about upcoming elections in and out of Nebraska. 

HVC Roundtable Connections is in direct response to the 2014 Presidential Commission on Election Administration report, which urged universities to integrate election administration into their curriculum in a concerted effort to expand professional expertise in the field. Each session will provide career-enhancing connections to peers and leaders in the election/nonprofit field and knowledge about the process to vote and the laws/technology that are shaping the election industry.
